Please follow the questions below to swiftly determine whether your company and the products you manufacture here are likely to qualify for the license to use the Made in Nigeria trademark.

Minimum Requirement for Physical Product Manufacturers

To be eligible for membership, you must be a manufacturer producing physical goods (excluding digital products and software). The raw materials/components must undergo a significant and transformative change as a result of your manufacturing processes that take place in Nigeria.

One hundred per cent (100%) of the labour or human resource involved in creating the finished product that will carry the official trademark must be in Nigeria.

Minimum Requirement for Digital Product Manufacturers

To be eligible for membership, you must be a manufacturer creating a finished digital product. All aspects of the development, including the concept, coding, quality control, and maintenance, must take place in Nigeria.

One hundred per cent (100%) of the labour or human resource involved in creating the finished product that will carry the official trademark must be in Nigeria. This ensures that the Made in Nigeria mark truly represents the hard work and ingenuity of Nigerian manufacturers.
