Eligibility and Application Process
The application form should be completed by the business owner, a Company Director, or an individual authorized to act on their behalf.
Before providing any information about your company in the Application Form, we strongly recommend you read our Terms & Conditions. We may request a visit to your manufacturing facility at any time to verify the information you provide to Made in Nigeria. Our Terms & Conditions outline the requirements for applying for and joining the Made in Nigeria Membership Programme, granting access to our Membership Benefits, including confidentiality obligations for both parties.
Membership includes an annual license to use the Made in Nigeria collective mark and must be renewed each year. The cost of membership is determined by your annual turnover as follows:
To ensure our members are genuinely manufacturing in Nigeria and have control over a factory, studio, or workshop, we maintain records of the Nigerian Industrial Classification (NIC) code of your business along with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registered number you provide upon application. If you need assistance with the NIC code system, please contact us at membership@madeinnigeria.org before applying. All NIC codes will be reviewed as part of our authentication process.
Please review our Code of Conduct which outlines the core principles and business standards expected of members of Made in Nigeria. This ensures the reputation of the Made in Nigeria organization and the quality of Nigerian-made products bearing the mark are maintained. All members must sign the Code of Conduct.
